I am a member, how do I log in?
Log in button can be found in the top right corner of each web page
Your username is the email address we have on file for you
A password was emailed to you when your application was submitted
Forgotten Password / Reset my password
Log in with your username
Click forgot password
Changing your password
Passwords are automatically generated and emailed to you when you apply for membership.
*Passwords can also be set/managed manually by the HIRA Administrator. Contact the HIRA office at email@example.com if you need assistance.
To change your password:
Minimum of 7 characters
Maximum of 50 characters
Any combination of letters, numbers and characters (except spaces)
*Wild Apricot passwords are case sensitive.
I am not a member, can I access the member directory ?
Member directory access is a benefit of membership
Do you offer a trial membership?
Not at this time
How do I place an ad ?
Visit our home page, scroll down and click the "Line Ad Form" link
or click here
Members in good standing, receive 1 free ad per membership year
Non members will be invoiced
Can non members place an ad?
Yes, the fee is $250. After ad is submitted, you will be invoiced by email. Payment must be made before ad is posted
I am a member, why can't I access the 'members' section of the website?
Most likely you membership renewal is lapsed or suspended due to past due renewal.
*If your membership is lapsed, an invoice will appear in the lower right corner when you are logged in. Your membership will be reactivated upon receipt of payment.
I submitted an application, but I can't access the member directory.
Per our Bylaws applications must be approved by the HIRA board before your membership can be activated. New members are notified by email of their approval.
*Applications are sent to the board for approval on the wednesday after they are received.
