He also brings client-side experience to your global product launch, market research project, competitive analysis, or strategic plan. Additionally, Scott has held the position of Director of Marketing for hospitals, as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for medical manufacturers. During his career, Scott has received the following merit awards: International Award of Excellence, Medical Marketing Association, Category: "Trade or Professional, and Technical and Instructional" (multimedia marketing: video, display ad, and educational training materials); Best of Show, Medtrade, Category: "Large Company Exhibits" (marketing strategy, concept, product demonstration, sales promotion and sales representative training); President's Special Merit Award, Ohmeda Medical Systems, Inc., Category: "Market Turnaround"; Presidential Medical Staff, The Whitehouse, Air Force One, Category: "Corporate Contribution" (product placement and product in-service). Scott holds an MS from the Rehabilitation Institute and a PhD in Healthcare Administration from Southern Illinois University. Frank has been a member of HIRA since 1993 as both a representative and currently an allied member. He has served on the allied board and is a previous allied chair.
