I have completed my 33rd year as the Principal and President of Nor'West Medical Inc. and have accumulated vast knowledge and experience of over 43 years in sales and marketing of med-surg products. I have extensive knowledge in acute care and understand the complexities of selling a medical product, both direct or thru a medical distribution system. I understand the relationship of both systems, and of Authorized Distributor Agreements(ADA) and Group Purchasing Organizations. (GPO) My expertise and knowledge in getting GPO contracts has been successful in smaller companies with limited resources. I can save a client money and time by limiting onset mistakes made in launching a medical product to market.

During his career, Scott has received the following merit awards: International Award of Excellence, Medical Marketing Association, Category: "Trade or Professional, and Technical and Instructional" (multimedia marketing: video, display ad, and educational training materials); Best of Show, Medtrade, Category: "Large Company Exhibits" (marketing strategy, concept, product demonstration, sales promotion and sales representative training); President's Special Merit Award, Ohmeda Medical Systems, Inc., Category: "Market Turnaround"; Presidential Medical Staff, The Whitehouse, Air Force One, Category: "Corporate Contribution" (product placement and product in-service). Scott holds an MS from the Rehabilitation Institute and a PhD in Healthcare Administration from Southern Illinois University. He is also a graduate of the Medical Marketing Education Program, The Anderson School at UCLA, Los Angeles, CA.

Rich started his sales career with the Bard-Parker division of Becton, Dickinson & Company. After several years in sales and field sales management he started his own manufacturer's rep agency in 1982. His agency joined HIRA in 1982, and served on the Board of Directors from 1996 to 1999. He completed his CPMR designation in 1994. MSA Marketing is an acute care hospital rep agency specializing primarily in facilities services, central supply and operating room products. His experience is well rounded in sales and sales management and has extensive knowledge in distribution sales and direct sales both in disposables and capital equipment.

Frank R. McKinney holds a Masters of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. He has held key leadership positions with companies including: Ford Motor Company, Sunrise Medical, Kinetic Concepts, Kimball International and Fortune Brands. In addition Mr. McKinney has four years of private equity/venture group consulting success with Bank of America. Frank has been a member of HIRA since 1993 as both a representative and currently an allied member. He has served on the allied board and is a previous allied chair. Frank has great passion for taking health care to the next level of products, service and people.
